The Copper K Barn is a beautiful barn that was built in the late 1800's for mining and was later used by my family for ranching. Gallatin River Hideaway is Bozeman, Montana’s top two event venues. We are situated on 88 acres on the Gallatin River and offer 2 incredible venues, "Creekside" and “Bridalveil”. We are LGTBQIA friendly. All are welcome here! Each venue is approximately 6 acres and are completely independent with separate entrances and parking lots. Both Creekside and Bridalveil offer the option of “indoor” or outdoor use. The pavilions can be opened for an outdoor feel, or closed for a cathedral atmosphere. Outdoor activities abound around the Retreat before and after your special occasion – we are trailside to the Whitefish Trail, which offers miles and miles of hiking and biking trails, right out the backdoor. The Retreat boasts a small wilderness frisbee disk golf course, pumptrack, skills area and some sweet singletrack so its a great place for family and friends to gather, hangout and celebrate. No Business Lodge sits right on the banks of the North Fork Payette river with beautiful 360 degree views of mountains, surrounded by manicured lawns, tall grasses in the fields and many options for ceremony spaces. We have many beautiful areas to take bridal and family photos and different spaces to hang out and play lawn games or horseshoes and a nice firepit area to roast smores and visit at the end of the night when you just don't want the evening to end. We have a private beach for picture purposes, not big enough for ceremonies, but if you want to arrive via raft from the river, you can do so on our private beach. Our wedding package is more than a venue, it is a weekend package that includes two nights lodging for up to 26 people in beds and allows you to spend more quality time with your friends and family. We are an open concept venue, and we encourage couples to make our venue their own. Our package grants full access to the event space (the barn and surrounding lawn areas) to clients, vendors, and guests. Each wedding booked will come with the use of the venue and property for approximately two days, and is great for couples who want sufficient time for proper set-up and tear-down before and after their event. Take time to enjoy these special moments with your loved ones! Facility use hours are from 12 PM-4 PM the day before the wedding, and from 10 AM-11 PM the day of your event. Set-up is welcome and suggested the day prior to the event. Use of our rustic farm-style wood tables and wood benches for up to 120 people will also be included in your package if desired.
