The Timber Frame Barn was handcrafted using old-world techniques from locally milled rough-cut spruce logs. The lower level’s rugged timbers, knotty pine details and open floor plan bring warmth and charm perfect for your indoor ceremony or reception. The upper level features our “Nest” Bridal Suite and the Tree Top Retreat 2Bd 1Ba condo with plenty of space to prepare for your day or spend your first married night together.

MORE THAN A VENUE
All the stars for Big Canyon Acres Wedding Venue!! Engaged? Planning a wedding? Don’t know where to start? BCA is a brand new venue that has just about everything you’ll need all included! I really throught planning my own wedding would be a piece of cake..until I really got into the nitty gritty. I had SO many questions about decor, seating, table/chair/linen rentals, sound equipment rentals, lighting..SO many things and when I started to see prices of renting everything we would need for our big day, ASIDE from cake, flowers, photography, videography, etc…I started feeling extremely stressed and anxious. The owners of our venue, Susan & Ron Jacobson QUICKLY relieved that stress. Susan has made herself available for alllll of my questions and even has a handy Pinterest board that had so many incredible ideas. Not only do they have PLENTY of high quality tables & chairs on site for us to use..but linens, a full professional mixing board and sound system, wireless microphones, projector and screen…lights..set up & take down crew…even TONS of decor (center pieces, string lights, signs, etc) that we have access to use! We are getting married in their beautiful orchard and having our reception in their new Timber Frame Barn..but they have several different areas to choose from on their property! They even have an option to include camping for wedding guests in your package! If you want your big day to run smoothly, I truly believe this is the best “all in one” package you can find!! THANK YOU, BIG CANYON ACRES for changing my stress to EXCITEMENT!!

Ron and Susan went above and beyond to make our daughter‘s wedding day unforgettable. Big Canyon Acres is a beautiful property with many choices of ceremony sites, a beautiful barn with amazing amenities. They do all the set up and tear down and chairs, tables and decor are all included. The communication with Susan was incredible. She was very responsive to all of our texts and calls. A perfect venue with outstanding service. Look no further. This is your venue!

THANK YOU to Susan and Ron!! They went above and beyond for us on our wedding day. Susan consistently checked in with me as the day got closer to ensure everything was falling into place. Even on the wedding day she made sure my husband and I were happy and packed up our leftovers at the end of the night. (which was the best thing to wake up to, amazing left overs)! I am so grateful we found their amazing property, it was so green and lush, more than I could have imagined. One more thing, she even set up a projector movie in the barn for the exhausted kiddos. Unfortunately we did not end up using it, but the thought of doing that was AMAZING. I can't thank them enough.

Big Canyon Acres is a fantastic wedding venue! As a vendor, I've had the pleasure of working with them on multiple occasions and have always been impressed by their communication and attention to detail. The owner, Susan, is incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure the bride and groom's needs are met. The venue itself is clean, spacious, and offers plenty of options for couples to customize their special day. As a photographer, I love the variety of backgrounds and settings available for capturing beautiful wedding photos. I'm always excited when I get booked to shoot a wedding at this venue, as I know the owners truly want the best for the couple on their big day.
