“Can't say enough good things about Kate! Kate's photos looked fun and candid, but still beautiful, and the prices were quite reasonable (we researched dozens of photographers). When we messaged her, she was so responsive and fun we knew we had to have her no matter what. She was very thorough, making sure we got the pictures WE wanted, and not what our parents or other guests might be thinking. Everything was laid out way ahead of time so we all knew what to expect. I really appreciated the planning beforehand, because while it can be a lot, it made the actual wedding day/week SO much smoother. Pictures took about 6 weeks, which was great turn around for *over 600 photos*. We absolutely love them! Some of the photos are gorgeous posed shots of my husband and I that I'm absolutely getting framed, but some of the best are these candid moments from after the wedding and reception. She got us signing our marriage license, hugging and crying with our guests, and doing finger guns with my sister at the reception. She didn't miss a thing and it's the best recreation of the day we could've possibly asked for. Our primary photographer was Mark Whitrock. He did our engagement photos and our wedding. He suggested a beautiful location for our engagement photos and they turned out great. He caught detail shots at both the ceremony and the reception I hadn’t thought to ask for. Dancing was a big and important part of our reception and he did an amazing job capturing crisp, beautiful photos of people in motion in dimmer lighting. We had a panicked moment the night before where we realized we wanted the ceremony to be recorded (not edited or anything special, just captured) and Mark and Santana made it happen for us which was truly above and beyond their jobs and meant a lot to us.”

“PictureMeThisByLacie was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. Lacie was amazing to work with the entire time. She was easy to communicate with and kept us updated on our photo timelines, not to mention all of our photos turned about AMAZING. Our package included an engagement session and Lacie worked out a weekend she was already in Chicago to accommodate us. Leading up to our session, we had issues with controlled fires and protests in our preferred location, but Lacie found us a spot that blew my expectations for photos out of the water. She gave us a sneak peak and also got our pictures back to us super quick. On our big day, Lacie and Tim(her husband/second photographer) were the best to work with. They made us feel comfortable and captured our day better than we could have imagined. As soon as they got there, they got straight to work. Lacie got all the details and getting ready photos that I will cherish forever. Things were running behind the day of and they let us add on an hour to our contract the day of and pay at a later date. This ensured that we got dance floor photos and it was so worth it! Specifically getting pictures of my husband's grandmother in her 80s dancing with all her grandkids. We received a sneak peak very quickly and our whole (massive) gallery less than 2 months after the wedding. For as many photos as we got, this was a crazy quick turn around.
