This place is great!! The owner is absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond always. One thing that drew me to All Is Grace is that the owner will cover all of the decorations for free (and she accepts tips). As I wanted nothing to do with decorations, that worked perfectly with me! …My only negative is that there is no place to put the groomsmen for getting ready or to avoid seeing the bride before the ceremony. (The place consists of a bridal suite, foyer, large kitchen, hall with several bathrooms, and the large main room, as well as plenty of outdoor space.) Though the owner offers an AirBnB nearby for the guys if they would like it, we did not take it. It would be nice if there was an extra room for the guys. … Overall I was very pleased! Most everything I could think of needing, the owner supplied!

On our wedding day, Hannah and her team surprised us with twinkling lights in the reception hall free of charge! We absolutely LOVED The Springs Waxahachie! What a stunning venue! Chelsea and Michelle were wonderful to work with as well, answering my hundreds of questions along the way! We’ve had many compliments on how beautiful the venue was by all of our guests. It accommodated our 250 guest count perfectly. My biggest critique would be to have an easier system for all of the info they give, and ask for throughout the planning process. They have tons of PDFS and links and google forms and it just was too hard to keep track of it all at times. If they used Honeybook or another platform to keep it all in ONE central hub, that would be a DREAM for planning. Because of it, little things got missed, like neither my planner or I knew we needed table cloths for cocktail hour tables, I had no idea we had to purchase a separate package to have champagne in the bridal suite while getting ready etc.. Mid way through our planning, they offered a new DJ package which we went with and he ended up being awesome- however, we didn’t get to know who our DJ was or talk to him until about 2 weeks before the wedding- That was a bit stressful! Otherwise, I wish we could re-live our wedding day again and again at this venue! There’s no where else we could have imagined being married!

We adore our venue, from the handcrafted vault door that invites you into our amazing groom’s suite, the exquisite imported chandeliers that adorn the ballroom right down to the stunning bridal suite that speaks elegance and romance. And the best part is that we know you will too. Since our opening in January 2021, we have had many couples say “yes!” to Chandelier Farms. From weddings, quinceañeras, engagement parties, and photoshoots, we do it all with pure pleasure. One of the best decisions I ever made was booking this venue for my wedding day! Communication was flawless and they helped set everything up perfectly. We were wanting to do more of a “party” than a traditional wedding, and McKinney Flour Mill was one of the few vendors to really understand our vision and work with us on it. They were always very responsive and answered all my questions, and they let us come in on multiple weekends to tour the venue and develop our layout. I also loved that they had a decor room add on option and they had tons of awesome decorations we could use. Everything was going perfectly until the day of. When we got to the venue the day of the wedding, there were ceremony chairs lined up instead of the tables that we needed set up as we were not doing a traditional ceremony (so there must have been some miscommunication within their team on this). However, it wasn’t a huge deal and our wedding party was able to quickly get the room re-organized. The wedding itself was great and went off without a hitch! But then when we were cleaning up afterwards, the owner seemed pretty annoyed and short with us. We brought in some of our own decorations as well as used some of theirs and we had discussed previously that we would give them our decorations we had brought in to use as part of their decor room for future weddings. When we were actually cleaning up, the owner wanted us to take everything of ours and leave nothing in the decor room so we ended up just throwing all of our decorations out. Overall, they were great to work with and we loved the venue, but the ending was just very weird….

We toured about 6 other venues around DFW before we visited the Pearl. My husband visited the Pearl at their open house in January 2022 while I was on a work trip and he knew this place was something special. We made an appointment with Connie and Barry for a few days later to go together and as we walked through the venue, we couldn't imagine any place else we wanted our wedding. Barry gave us the best venue tour we had been on and asked us questions about how we wanted our wedding to look to better help us see how our day would be. Throughout the planning process, I probably emailed Connie a dozen times and she was always so quick and happy to help with any suggestions or questions I had. They do a great job of thinking of all the details you need. On our wedding day on March 18, 2023, we couldn't have had a more magical and perfect day. All of our friends and family thought the venue and the wedding were amazing. I can't recommend the Pearl enough and highly encourage you to attend their open house if able or if not then book a tour as soon as you read the review.

Just hosted an event at The Augustus in Downtown McKinney, Texas, and I couldn't wait to share my experience! First things first, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. You could really feel their passion for creating an amazing client experience. Walking into the building, I was totally taken in by the rich history that's all around. It's like each corner has a story to tell, and I loved soaking it all in. The mix of old-world charm and modern comfort in the design really sets the vibe. What I found super cool about The Augustus is how well thought out everything is. Having private access to the kitchen, separate restrooms, and a fully stocked bar makes a huge difference. It's like they're all about making sure you have what you need for any kind of event – big or small. And let's talk tech – it's seriously impressive! The audio-visual setup fits right in with the space, which meant we could have some killer presentations and entertainment. The way they blend history and modern tech is a winner in my book. The place is beautiful on the inside, with chandeliers, candle walls, cake décor and a inbuilt photo wall. Additionally, it has provision for a projector, up lighting, mic system and a bar. The best part was BYOB and inclusion of premium quality linen, runners and liberty to decorate as needed. The venue can easily hold 75-100 people with place to have a dance floor. Darrell is one of the best people I have worked with. Always smiling and helpful. The entire staff was more than accommodative of our needs. It is in historic downtown McKinney and keeps with the beauty of the downtown as well. I am so happy I choose this place for my reception.

We were the very first couple to have our Wedding at this new venue on 4-15-23. Everything was beautiful and what I’d always dreamed my wedding day would be. The Mustang Manor has a second floor where the Bridal Suite and Groom Suite are located. The bridal suite had “modern-meets-vintage furniture and beautiful chandeliers in the sitting area when you first enter. The second room has lots of space for your entire bridal party to get ready and lots of mirrors to apply your makeup and a spacious restroom. There is a huge window overlooking the outdoor garden venue. The Groom’s Suite is a round room in the tower also with it’s own bathroom and doors leading out to a Juliet’s Balcony overlooking the pool. We got married outside at the pool of Mustang Manor with perfect weather. We had our reception inside the manor which was plenty big enough and our family and friends had a wonderful time dining and dancing along to the music supplied by our DJ. And there was also a nice bar where our guests enjoyed cocktails. The night before, after our rehearsal, we had our rehearsal dinner at the Boca Seca where we entertained ourselves with the pool table, air hockey, ping pong, juke box etc. It was plenty big enough and a great time was had by all. The Lazy E Retreat is a very unique location in West Texas and the whole weekend was perfect! We felt like a King and Queen for the day in our very own Castle.
