The Grand 1401 is on the official list of the Nation's historic places worthy of preservation. The former SJL&P Building is a highly significant building in Fresno, both as a visual architectural landmark for the City and as an excellent example of the Italian Renaissance Revival style.

Felton Covered Bridge Park features the historic covered bridge that stood as the only entry to Felton for 45 years. Dating back to 1892-93, the Felton covered bridge is believed to be the tallest covered bridge in the country.
