Bartleby's Homemade Ice Cream evolved from Bartleby’s Ice Cream Cakes, a company I founded in 2019 that sold handmade, gourmet ice cream cakes through its website. With the opening of our beautiful brick-and-mortar, we’re excited to offer classic hand-dipped cones, sundaes, and shakes, while continuing to make ice cream cakes for all your special occasions (because ice cream cake IS the best cake).

Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. Welcome to Sweet Tooth Delivery! Susie first began decorating cakes as a little girl with her mother and was enchanted by it. While attending The Wilton School of Cake Decorating, Susie refined her talent with the teaching and guidance of world-renowned sugarcraft artist, Nicholas Lodge, advanced fondant artist Laurie Bradoch and teacher extraordinaire, Sandy Folsom. She is also a member of the International Cake Exploration Societe - ICES. Susie's passion for sugar artistry is shown in her dedication and love of creating beautiful cakes.
