Pockets Full of Posies is a locally owned business providing eclectic and unique items by way of the world of plants, florals and all things green. She has dubbed herself the "unconventional florist" not classically trained in the sense but self taught with over 20 years of floral industry knowledge. Pockets Full of Posies has been providing services for the last 5 years but has expanded exponentially in the last 3 years from custom gifts, full wedding floral services, workshops and much more.

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

As a special event florist my mission is to create original, quality, lasting keepsake florals, which reflect the beauty and eternal love that they help celebrate. Everything from first contact to completion is done solely through me. Yep, I’m a one-woman show. I love having personal interactions with all my clients and customers. I’m Kelly, owner of Lily & Daisy Floral. Coming from generations of floral enthusiasts, I have always loved and appreciated beautiful flowers. Because of that love, I decided to take a hobby and make it into a small business. I guess you could say Lily & Daisy Floral grew from a passion and love for all things floral. I design and create floral arrangements for the pure joy and love of it! A little more about me personally - I am a lover of live music, warm weather, my two dogs & spending time with my two children, Hayley & Alex. My dogs names inspired the name of my business, as their names are Lily and Daisy! :)

I started working with wood flowers in February of 2020. A friend of mine had recently gotten married, and seeing her bouquet in the trash stuck with me. I researched fresh vs silk flowers, fresh are stunning but expensive & have a fast expiration date. Silk flowers didn’t really satisfy the customization and realism that I desired. I stumbled across wood flowers, purchased a few & quickly realized that not only was I actually a little talented at what I was doing, but I absolutely LOVED doing it. I fell in love almost immediately. I want to express my love & passion for these wood flowers & I want brides to fall in love the same way I did.
