“We worked with Margie and her team for our January 2023 wedding. We weren’t really sure what we wanted going into the consultation, but Margie helped us narrow down what we wanted and we ended up with three stations. Tacos, pasta, and sliders. They accommodated our guests with dietary restrictions very nicely. For example for our vegans, they often get a plate of mixed vegetables as their meals at weddings. Waiter’s Choice made BBQ jackfruit sliders for them and had pasta made with chickpeas so they had options to choose from. We didn’t get to eat much at our wedding as is usually the case, but we were happy to find a bag from Waiter’s Choice packed up with all off the different foods we had as well as a bottle of champagne. We both got colds after the wedding so we were very happy to live off those leftovers for a few days!”
