Hello! We are Philip Enlow and Beth Richardson, the husband and wife duo behind Spotz Gelato. We’re a southern couple with a background in hobby farming and a passion for locally sourced Kentucky food. While in the midst of successful careers in the corporate sector, we dreamed of branching out into a new business that interested us both. Inspired by the sweet, creamy gelato on a trip overseas, Spotz Gelato was born in 2013!

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Jackie is a Pastry Chef based in Louisville, Kentucky. In June 2021, Jackie was crowned Food Network’s Best Baker in America. Jackie is a true Kentuckian through and through. A coal miner’s daughter and Prestonsburg native, Jackie was born and raised in a “holler” in Eastern KY. She attributes her work ethic and passion for her craft to her mother and grandmothers.

You provide the vibe, the details, and the inspiration pieces and I will sketch the designs, create the cookie cutters and bring them to life! I've recently started sharing my family's all time favorite dessert, my chunkolate chip cookie cake, as well as a variety of drop cookies from your classic chocolate chip to unique flavors like banana pudding and hummingbird cake cookies.
