“Danielle was incredible and such a pleasure to work with! We were so happy to have her as our day of coordinator for our wedding. My husband and I decided to hire a day of coordinator to ensure we could be present and enjoy our wedding without worrying about logistics or things going wrong. Danielle was so helpful with all of this – we were truly able to enjoy every moment of the day. Danielle was extremely professional, organized, informative, and fun to work with! She reached out 3 months before our date with an extensive questionnaire which helped us think about every detail (even ones we had no idea that we had to plan for or think about). Starting one month before our date, Danielle created a timeline and started coordinating with all our vendors. She was also available for questions and to bounce ideas off of beforehand. On the day of, Danielle made us feel at ease - she handled venue decor and ensured everything was set up as we imagined (honestly better than we envisioned), helped us pick a perfect first look spot after our original plan fell through, was flexible about changes to our timeline on the day of and helped with the breakdown of the venue (including making sure all rented items were not lost and returned to vendors!). We felt like she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day and could tell she is someone who really enjoys making brides and grooms happy! “How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning.
