Hello! I am a designer, wife, new mom, and a third generation entrepreneur. I began my journey in the wedding industry in 2014. After my first event, I knew that this crazy complicated wedding industry was where I wanted to be. I have worked along side of a variety of designers including The Days Design for many years now assisting with day of coordination, florals, and design. in 2017 I began freelancing and working independently alongside of contracts. I have adored working one-on-one, growing relationships with my couples and their families to put on an event they will remember for a lifetime.

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. I love to create… I’m in my happy place when I’m able to create. My career in floral design started while I was still in college obtaining a business degree. I needed something different, something that would allow me to more fully utilize my creativity and desire to design. When I returned to campus in the fall, I started working part time at a small floral shop. It wasn’t long before I knew I’d found my love and my passion.

I specialize in "Sola Wood Florals" (I don't offer fresh florals). Sola wood is an all natural plant material that is used to make natural looking flowers in a wide range of types that can be dyed any shade and last virtually forever.
