The Dogwood barn is situated on a 600 acre ranch. Enter the gravel road, wood fence on each side lined with oak trees.It’s a 7500 sqft climate controlled newly built barn, rustic & elegant everywhere you turn.Chandeliers run down the middle, with blown glass fixtures & iron wall sconces.The ranch is so peaceful & surrounded by nature.The ceremony overlooks an 18 acre stocked pond, permanent wood benches with backs, no hassle of moving chairs here.The barn can seat up to 300 but can be conformed to a small wedding. The Court Street Livery is a restored barn in downtown Washington, Georgia. It is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any event you can imagine. The big red barn has great details from the past including a soaring heart pine ceiling, brick walls, awesome lighting, a outdoor patio, and a huge open space with four wooden posts. You’ll have access to the barn for the whole day. You can take your time setting up because we rent the Livery for only one event each weekend and you may come in the day before for decorating and set-up at no extra cost. We're largely a “DIY” facility which can make our venue very budget friendly. You'll provide the ideas, decorations and set-up. The Livery is beautiful even with very few decorations. You will choose your own caterer/planner. The Livery has a full catering kitchen. We have a few tables but you'll need to rent additional equipment (chairs, tableware, sound system, etc.). There is ample free parking.
