It was originally built in the 1800s. The outdoor areas can also be incorporated for your event--our deck and yard are completely open-air; you would be welcome to work with a third-party rental company to have a tent set up, if of interest. The Caboose is the historic long barn located right next to our sister restaurant, Kitty’s, right across from the river in Hudson, NY. Soon, it will be a dynamic space with a wine shop and culinary native garden, as well as a stunning 3500 square foot event space. We have worked with a team of ecologically-centered architects and designers to make a space that is as beautiful as it is environmentally friendly.

When you get married at Basilica Hudson, you can use the entire building, configured to your vision within any of our multiple spaces — Main Hall, North Hall, West Wing, and outdoor spaces (7,000 square feet indoors; 10,000 square feet outdoors).
