Livia was an absolute DREAM to work with. She was very tentative to our vision, and the entire process from beginning to finish was amazing. The team at Orchard Hills made our vision come to life and everything was so intimate and cozy! Livia was by my side from day one and even played violin for the ceremony. The ceremony was supposed to be outside and it called for rain (and boy did it rain lol!) Livia set up the outside just incase there was a chance it could've been outside. To me that was her going above and beyond. The whole day was a dream come true. If you book your wedding or event here you will not regret it!

My father’s Celebration of Life was, without a doubt, one of the smoothest and easiest events I’ve ever organized, largely thanks to the incredible team at La Vera. Not only are their prices affordable (especially considering how stunning the facility is), but their catering was fantastic—everyone raved about the delicious food. When we unexpectedly had more guests than anticipated, Sam and the team handled it flawlessly. They set up an extra table on the spot and ensured there was more food ready without missing a beat. It was completely seamless! On a day when we were already overwhelmed by emotions and details, La Vera made everything so much easier. We were one of the first couples to book at Tall Oaks. We took a chance when at the time the venue was just a construction site. So happy we took that leap of faith. As a new venue, of course there were hurdles throughout our journey but the destination far exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was perfect and the venue is stunning beautiful, Taylor and Sarah were wonderful and the entire service staff not only did their job well but made the night FUN. I can only imagine how incredible it will be for couples once the carriage house is complete, lovers lane, etc. Tall Oaks offers so many great additional amenities. I would call it a “one stop shop” for venue, on site accommodations, beautiful scenery for pictures, etc. If I could do it over again, I would definitely book with Tall Oaks again.

If you are stuck between wanting a classic, old fashioned and a modern, sleek wedding, you can have BOTH at Sun Valley! The completely renovated inside mixed with the charming covered patio and pond outside creates the perfect blend; let's not forget that it sits on 25 acres of land in a very secluded area. This truly is a hidden gem! I never knew SV existed until my fiancé (now husband) and I decided to change our wedding venue TWO months before the big day (Covid-19 played a major role in that). I can honestly say that changing our venue was the best decision we made! Not only did Jennifer accommodate our wedding date but she worked with us up until the very day to make sure everything was just how we had envisioned it to be (we were also very fortunate to be the FIRST wedding under the ownership of Jennifer, Melissa and Scott)! When I walked into SV on my wedding day, I was blown away at how spot on every little detail was. Everything from the entrance table to the layout of the guest tables to the décor was exactly how I wanted it. I love that SV gave me access to their online seating chart so I could do my own layout and make changes up until a couple days before the wedding. Jennifer had very minimal questions for me the week of which is crucial because, as a bride, the week of the wedding is very overwhelming; the last thing you need to worry about is your setup at the venue. SV also provides a spacious bridal suite with a code generated lock where you and your bridal party can store all of your belongings throughout the night. Let's also not forget about the mirrors in the suite that light up at the touch of your finger; I wish I'd spent more time in there but, as everyone always says, the night flies by - and they are right! Another benefit of having your wedding at SV is that the grounds and pond make for beautiful photos! Some of my best photos were captured right next to the pond under a beautiful tree. While having photos taken, it was so refreshing to look over and see our guests fully enjoying cocktail hour that was setup outside with an open bar and delicious appetizers provided by Flour. If you are able to, splurge and rent some colorful linen from Event Source and hire an acoustic musician to play during cocktail hour. It really makes for a magical evening for your friends and family. I cannot tell you how many people commented on how SV was the most beautiful venue they'd ever been to. I couldn't agree more and I can't believe I almost didn't get married there! I really could not have pictured having my wedding anywhere else. If you are stuck between a few venues, do yourself a favor and just go with Sun Valley! Between Jennifer (wedding planner), Melissa (photographer) & Scott (DJ), you are working with three seasoned industry professionals who know how to put on a party! You will not regret your decision!

We stumbled upon the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square after having to find a new venue for our September 2020 reception in January - and I am so glad that we did! From day one, Daneel, Gayle and the staff at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square have been nothing but courteous, professional and so helpful. Daneel was always quick to respond to our seemingly never-ending list of questions. On our wedding day, Daneel was very present and checked in on us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The setup of the reception was beautiful - Daneel and her staff took my unorganized list of ideas and signs and organized them so that everything was PERFECT for our reception. Our food was AMAZING (special shout out to chef!!) and all of our guests were raving about ALL of the options (salmon, steak and vegan ravioli). Daneel had champagne and orange juice brought up to the bridal suite while the girls were getting ready (which is MASSIVE and boasts gorgeous views of downtown) as well as a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a gift waiting for us once the night was ending. It is very clear that Daneel takes pride in her profession and I am so glad that her and the entire staff at the Crowne Plaza were able to play such a pivotal role in ensuring that our reception was flawless! All of our guests had so much fun and everyone had glowing reviews of the staff, food and venue. We ended up having our reception at the Crowne Plaza by chance and it truly turned out to be the biggest blessing in disguise. If you're thinking about booking at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square - stop thinking and DO IT! You will not regret it!

We had our wedding reception at St. Clair Ballroom in July 2024 (about 200 guests) and it was everything we could have hoped for! We loved working with Carla, she does an amazing job and was there for us every step of the way. We received so many compliments on the food and service. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The elegant style and windows looking out over downtown gives the room a more elevated feel compared to most of the other ballrooms we visited. We can’t recommend St. Clair Ballroom enough!

My fiancé and I met Stephanie in March 2021 at a wedding show downtown. She showed us a couple photos of what was a 100 year old church, and explained her vision. We traveled to Las Vegas to get married. We knew we wanted to celebrate with family and friends upon our return home. We wanted it to be a party to remember, with a live band and great food, so we spent a lot of time scouting out possibilites. I wish we would have met up with the team at Music Box first! Right away, we knew it was a win. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS (we had our reception on the lower level in the Supper Club - PERFECT), but it had the capability to provide professional live music, insanely delicious food that our guests were raving about for days afterwards, and the best customer service I could have asked for from the team. And to top it off, they worked with our budget to ensure we could have an amazing event without breaking the bank. Specifically, our coordinator, Marissa, and our server, Christina, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time of our lives. Our reception was a bit unconventional, but they went with our ideas and made them even better than we could have imagined. The night was so amazing that our guests told us we should have a party just like our reception every five years. I can't recommend Music Box Supper Club any more for your event, I promise it will be a night to remember!!!

The stunning Ariel Pearl Center, a hidden jewel in the heart of Old Brooklyn! Located in a beautiful historic 1923 bank building, it features marble columns and floors, bank vaults, stone walls, large arched windows under an intricate decorative plaster work ceiling with magnificent crystal chandeliers. This stunning historic building was built in 1923 as the Pearl Street Savings & Trust Bank, which was designed by the famous architects Hubbell and Benes, who also designed the Cleveland Museum of Art, West Side Market, City Club, Masonic Temple and other famous historic buildings. The first floor of the Ariel Pearl Center has been converted to a beautiful event center which includes the Grand Hall with Rotunda and Vault, Cocktail Room, and Fireplace Room.

I originally had a different venue which ended up shutting down which put me at a very stressful place. After meeting with Tracey I felt like not only was the venue gorgeous but my mind could be at ease because she was on my side. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed and never put aside. Once our special day arrived it was as smooth as could be, even with covid restrictions. They worked closely with the health department and all of the precautions were applied. I highly recommend to anyone especially if you want a venue with a unique and elegant look!!

Venue 81 Eleven is our newest exclusive venue located in the heart of Brecksville, Ohio. We have a triad of facilities for use. The Main Hall can accomodate up to 300 guests. It's perfect for weddings, large corporate gatherings, and any big occasion. The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties. The Small Hall can also be used for wedding ceremonies. Our Outdoor Pavilion is the perfect summertime gathering spot. We literally had the wedding of our dreams at Sugar Lake, and I never thought it would have been possible. My vision came to life because of Nadine and her team with Jess and Cailin. Cailin took amazing care of our dogs for the day and it was amazing we could have them there and incorporated in the ceremony. Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)

The Lake Erie building is so pretty that it makes decorating a breeze, and the aesthetic is your photographer’s dream. I don’t know why you’d get married anywhere else in Cleveland!

My husband and I initially wanted to elope. That is, until, we found this space. If you want your wedding day to feel like an absolute dream, while still being intimate and beautiful, you need to book CoLab. We had our ceremony there, and it was perfection from start to finish. Maureen is truly everything—she was with us every step of the way, making sure everything was just right and exactly what we wanted and hoped for. She handled every curveball and question with total grace. The space itself is gorgeous. It's airy while still being moody. There are so many beautiful details around the space that make for a perfect backdrop. The decor adds so much to the space without taking away from your event. CoLab is gorgeous but I truly believe that it’s Maureen that makes it special. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows. I felt like I had a close friend there for me as we were waiting for the ceremony to begin, which is exactly what you want and need. Someone in your corner, hyping you up, and bringing the kindest presence to the day. Even if you opt out of her being there for you day-of, know that everything she does behind the scenes before the event is worth the cost and then some. If you want a ceremony spot that feels like a cozy, beautiful home for your big day, this is it. And if you’re on the fence—just do it. You’ll thank me later! (If you're doing ceremony-only at CoLab, I'd recommend that you book the extra lounge space, trust me! We booked both spaces and it made for such a seamless day and gave folks a place to mignle and chat before and after the ceremony!)

We had a great private party at The Hall at St. James. Clay was great to work with and helped line up catering and a photographer. The space had plenty of outlets and allowed us "to make it our own" with color LED lights on the walls and taking advantage of their ceiling-mounted projectors to create a fun dance floor.

I had my wedding reception at Briarwood in October. It was absolutely beautiful! I was able to drop off all of my decor earlier in the week and the Briarwood team set everything up for me. The space looked exactly how I wanted and it was great not having to worry about setting things up the day of the wedding. We were also able to pick up our decor the following morning which was very convenient. I loved working with Sara throughout the planning process. She made everything easy and gave recommendations when needed. The food was amazing as well. We also held our rehearsal dinner here the night before and it was great. The food for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding was spectacular! Donauschwaben's German-American Cultural Center was the perfect venue for our daughter & son-in-law’s wedding. The location to the airport, highway and hotel were ideal. Their property provided plenty of parking. The wedding was outside on a 92 day and was flawless. It was hot, but the trees were in the perfect position to shade the entire patio. The entire staff was amazing. The reception space was transformed into a beautiful space for our special celebration. Our family and friends shared with us how delicious the appetizers, meal and “aftertizers” of the homemade pretzels. Christine the Event Manager went above and beyond and made sure the day was special for everyone. She answered all of my questions, even up to the last minute. We were so impressed with how many times Christine checked in with us to make sure we were happy. We highly recommend Donauschwaben’s German-American Cultural Center.

My husband and I were married at Laplace in September 2020. It was perfect! They have bridal suites for getting ready and a few different options for ceremony and receptions depending on your style. I loved how easy everything was. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. The set up was done for us. The clean up was done for us. We were able to pick and choose colors, decor, lighting, etc. The food was amazing! It was hot and fresh which is different than other weddings I've attended. For a stress free wedding or any event, this is definitely the place to go!

Whitehall Columbia was the perfect venue for our wedding! The communication with their event coordinator, Julia, was always easy, fast, and professional which made the wedding planning and day everything we have always wanted. The venue itself is beautiful, clean, and classy - perfect for a wedding. The chapel has gorgeous chandeliers, massive windows, and great natural light. Their staff was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly on our big day. I cannot thank Julia enough. Without her, the whole wedding wouldn’t have been exactly what we dreamed of. My husband and I have talked about the day over and over again. Nothing could’ve been better. For the quality of the venue and service, Whitehall Columbia offered insane value. Really could not be any better. We would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a venue that has it all.

Columbia Hills was the most perfect venue for our wedding, and Jennifer Miller was the most amazing coordinator. The food was amazing, the staff who worked during our wedding were wonderful, and the locations on the golf course for photos are incredible. Jen is so sweet and accommodating, she worked so hard before, during, and after our wedding. We absolutely loved working with her! Due to COVID we decided to downsize our wedding and she worked with us to make the changes we needed to make. We were unsure of how it would go but everything was seamless, and our day was absolutely perfect. Our guests were so impressed with both the venue and Jen, we got so many compliments about them all night. My husband and I highly recommend Columbia Hills (and Jen!!) to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with great food.

Greystone was perfect! We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! The facility was gorgeous and we loved having our ceremony and reception in the same building to help minimize travel for our guests. More importantly, the people who work there are truly the best. Our first meeting was supposed to be a quick tour but the ladies spent hours with us going over details and questions even before we committed to booking. Their patience and friendly demeanors really helped during the stressful planning process. They were super easy to communicate with and got back to us in record time. Their in-house building ambassador made organization a breeze. The servers the day off blew us away with their kindness and consideration. They even made sure two servers were dedicated to the bride and groom to ensure that we actually ate and kept hydrated. We truly cannot recommend Greystone more!!!

The staff at Galaxy did a great job working with us to customize our booking for our small wedding. We booked the Wine Cellar which was the perfect size for a small, intimate reception and we still had plenty of room to add bar service. Our bartender was fantastic and really added to the fun of our event, and the other staff were super attentive and great to work with as well. The food was fantastic and our guests really enjoyed the whole evening.
