“Nate proposed on December 1, 2018 and we already had a trip to Las Vegas planned that same month. We decided to tie the knot while on vacation and I planned our desert sunset wedding/elopement in 8 days. Jenna came as a recommendation from our officiant. (Also from Las Vegas-thank you Pinterest/Google!) we are a little out of the box and I was assured Jenna would match our vision. Her communication was top notch during the contract process and since my hubby and I wouldn’t be renting a car, she offered to drive us from our Downtown Las Vegas photo shoot with her (pre ceremony) to our ceremony destination, El Dorado Dry Lake Bed. She also then drove us back to the Flamingo where we were staying. It really was meant to be that we found Jenna! An old soul wrapped in a cute lighting bolt jumpsuit. (I love Elvis and that spoke right to me!) Jenna met us in downtown Las Vegas (Old Vegas) and walked us around to multiple historic buildings, hotels, motels, casinos, parking lots, parks and art districts. Her knowledge of the area was on point and her passion for the city was apparent. We honestly felt like we made a friend that day. We had a very quick turn around time with our photos and we were (and still are) absolutely blown away. Jenna captured our day, and more importantly US, perfectly. I get compliments almost daily on my social platforms and I still scroll through them on a regular basis! We can not say enough good things about Jenna! She’s the perfect photographer for the out of the box bride AND the most traditional bride. Her eye is magical and she sees beauty in everything. My style is documentary/editorial. I love an image that looks like it was taken on a film camera, and I'm a huge fan of the modern-day blur. However, I know it's important to get the MUST grab traditional photos if the couple want's them! I'm a huge fan of flash photography as well as natural light. I've been taking photos for seven years while I have owned my own wedding band that has performed all throughout the south. I think it's important to laugh and it's even more important that you feel like you look your best.

“I want to set the tone. I’m a single mom who met the man of her dreams after moving to a rural city from Atlanta. He decides he wants to marry me very quickly and I have only a few months to plan a wedding. My budget is extremely small, but my family is very large. No matter what, there’s going to be at least 100 people there. It’s a month before the big day, and I’m frantically trying to find a photographer within my price range. My cousin finds Tasteful Tea and Charissa…essentially making the best possible decision ever for my wedding. She’s sweet, kind, and talented; willing to meet you where you are as far as planning or vision. She helping me pull off this spectacular day for under 6k and made it look fabulous in the process. She asked about potential poses, gave tips on crucial moments and wanted to know every detail from faces/names/relationships to moments I wanted captured.
