We are a family owned and operated ranch on 25 acres of land near Homer Alaska. Our family were homesteaders that settled here in the early 50’s and carved out a living in the wilds of Alaska. We have incorporated as much of our heritage as we can into our venue to create an authentic Alaskan experience for you, your family and your guests. We are a “Barn” venue but we are so much more than that with layers of experiences to discover and enjoy. An Alaskan homestead vibe with a noticeable touch of southern hospitality. We will work with you and your vendors during your planning phase to create your unique day. We are always on site to make sure things go smoothly and that every thing goes as planned. We have everything you need on site to create an amazing event, but love to work with you and your vendors of choice to add your personal touches that really make your wedding unique and unforgettable.

Stephanie and her family went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered and that we felt confident as we planned remotely for our big day. She was incredibly hands on throughout the planning process and day of - personally driving us to our first-look location and assisting the vendors to ensure a smooth day. Her children were incredibly professional and engaging when handling the horses who were featured in our photos and also available for the guests to interact with. The venue itself provided a large and clean bridal suite for us to get ready in, a large kitchen for our caterer to prep in, and was ready and prepared for all vendors we brought in. I couldn't recommend AK Diamond J Ranch enough for any brides looking to get married in Alaska - it's the perfect foundation to build such a memorable day.”
