Scott was equally communicative & organized. He set up multiple calls throughout the process, and was super flexible with us when we had to change our venue & timeline 3 weeks before the wedding. “We absolutely ADORE Carlos Ramirez and his Photo Booth Assistant, Sofia! It was sheer luck that we found him, and he was absolutely perfect in every way. Carlos made contact with us regularly, walked us through how to use the Vibo app, worked with our venue coordinators at Crystal Ballroom at the Rice (Alexis Kent), worked with our planners at Whimsical Creative (Jen Molina), had a week-of call to finalize details and asked us all the right questions, listened to all our needs, and gave great suggestions for things that made our night special that never would have even occurred to us!
