The Grand 1401 offers two beautiful ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom is located on the 1st floor and has a capacity of up to 500 guests and comes with a Mezzanine that oversees the ballroom. The Grand on 10th is located on the 10th floor and has a capacity of up to 300 guests and has access to the veranda that overlooks downtown Fresno. The Grand 1401 is on the official list of the Nation's historic places worthy of preservation. The former SJL&P Building is a highly significant building in Fresno, both as a visual architectural landmark for the City and as an excellent example of the Italian Renaissance Revival style.

Very clean, very kind staff, the venue coordinator Alma is very accommodating and helpful. The facility is huge and has a full kitchen, bathrooms, terrace access, a gorgeous stage with draping at an additional price, tables & chairs, stunning ornate venue.
