We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The Woodward Theater, established in 1913, is a historic music venue & event hall located in Over The Rhine in Cincinnati. We offer a unique, yet versatile ceremony & reception space that enables couples to represent their personal style. Our rental fee includes chairs, tables, linens & bar glassware. We offer all day access starting at 9am, with the option of a room flip during the event. Most commonly, BASH is used for either a ceremony or reception, but we welcome its use for both. Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables, and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event. As an open vendor venue, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol and select your own catering providers, we provide a bartender when serving alcohol at weddings to ensure responsible consumption.

Built in 1920, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, the impressive Groesbeck Estate includes a pillar garden, interior metal artwork from Marie Zimmerman, and an expansive greenhouse with a historic stone house.
