The barn was built in 1952 and renovated to include modern amenities we know and love, this barn has an elegant charm that with just a dash of historic beauty.

The Mane on Main is a private event space located at 201 East Main Street, on the 15th floor of the Chase Bank building in downtown Lexington. The 12,500-square-foot space was once the Lafayette Club, a private lunch and dinner club. The window-lined walls boast a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful Lexington skyline. The West Sixth Farm is our 125 acre property off 127 in Franklin County. Here we have two venues: The Flat is a beautiful Kentucky farm wedding venue (holds up to 500 ppl) up at the top of the hill. We also have two canopies — one smaller and one larger covered structures with picnic tables, with the largest next to the taproom and the smaller one just a quick walk away in the shade - perfect for birthdays, friend gatherings, office parties, and more. The Taproom is only available for rent on weekdays that the Farm is closed to the public.

The Horseman's Lounge - Seats 125 An indoor ceremony and reception space. We can host any event up to 150 guests. The house is 3,000 sq ft with large kitchen. The house is easy to divide for day-of preparation, each side has access to a full sized bathroom. There’s an event level restroom for guests. No vendor restrictions. Our current wedding package starts at $4,500 and includes use of house, barn and grounds for the weekend and includes chairs, tables and table cloths. We also have coordination and all inclusive packages. We have off-season (KISS $1,000-$1,500) and small event (less than 30 guests approx $500) options as well.

Founded in 2012, West Sixth Brewing is located in a 100 year old building called the Bread Box, historically used for the Rainbo Bread Factory, in Lexington, Kentucky. We brew, can and bottle our beer out of this location We pride ourselves on the craft beer we make and having a positive impact on the communities we're a part of. The Barrel Room is our private event space in the brewery that we use to store all of our barrels of wild and sour aged beers. It is a casual space, with tile floor, and walls, with seating for up to 75 people. Although it is unconditioned, usually is very comfortable in the winter. In the summer, however, it can get hot! But if you want an easy place to host a party, with the atmosphere of the brewery, that's the place to do it. This room is equipped with a private bar.
