I spent 20 years in the corporate world as a Graphic Designer, and baking was something that I always gravitated to when I felt stressed out. During the pandemic, I found myself in the kitchen a lot. I was constantly trying out new recipes and techniques, growing my arsenal of skills, and learning how to batch bake. I also spent that time setting up my business one block at a time, slowly creating a solid foundation of clients like you that enjoy what I make just as much as I do!

Jackie is a Pastry Chef based in Louisville, Kentucky. In June 2021, Jackie was crowned Food Network’s Best Baker in America. Jackie is a true Kentuckian through and through. A coal miner’s daughter and Prestonsburg native, Jackie was born and raised in a “holler” in Eastern KY. She attributes her work ethic and passion for her craft to her mother and grandmothers.

Located in Louisville, KY, home of the Kentucky Derby, Tipsy Strawberries was established with the concept of gift-giving. Hand-dipped and designed, all of our chocolate-covered treats are made to put a smile on the recipient's face. I've recently started sharing my family's all time favorite dessert, my chunkolate chip cookie cake, as well as a variety of drop cookies from your classic chocolate chip to unique flavors like banana pudding and hummingbird cake cookies. Sissy's is a certified home based bakery serving central Kentucky under Kentucky’s Cottage Food Law.
