The Venue was absolutely gorgeous and the accommodations were amazing. They are family friendly and affordable. I only had one issue with the estates and that was "I scheduled a rehearsal and on the day of no one was there to open up the chapel for us, I called and emailed and never got a response. so, it highly affected us on wedding day. But, we worked through it and made it successful despite of. Other than that would of been a Great Five Star review, But, four stars and still recommendable because of its Beauty!

The second we stepped foot on the property I knew it was the one!! Everything was perfect! I can’t get over it. My only complaint is that the coordinators almost missed arranging my bouquet toss and had to do it in 5 minutes at the end. I was also sad that I wasted money on a bubble machine that I was not allowed to use. And my last complaint is that we only got one little piece of our food we spent 4.5k on for catering. I was hoping that someone packed us a box up to eat. We literally got back to the hotel starving. But other than these things it’s a wonderful venue!

Alex guided us through every step of the planning process with patience and expertise. Sierra ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day of the event, and her calm demeanor kept us relaxed and focused on enjoying the moment. Wow, Golden Creek Ranch is amazing. The farm is located only 30 minutes from St. Augustine, the property is beautiful, the house is lovely, the animals are friendly, we couldn't have asked for more. We will be returning in the future.

The bending branch is a beautiful venue. All my guest loved it and kept complimenting how pretty it was. The owners Holly and her husband Joe are just as amazing as their beautiful venue. Holly made it so effortless the day of the wedding and was so helpful. Anything I needed she always made herself available. We had a slight issue with some of the vendors but Holly was open to letting me voice my concerns and I felt like she really listened and cared about the quality of vendors she was hiring. Also don’t hire an outside bartender use Carrie! She is amazing and so sweet! You will not regret!

I didn't know about The Markland House until recently. I always passed by, but never realized it was a venue! Such a gorgeous location. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get married...from a photographer's perspective, there are so many beautiful photo locations both indoors and outdoors!

I’m not even sure how to put into words how absolutely amazing Bridle Oaks was to work with. Shawna is the sweetest and funniest person and made everything about our experience from the meetings to the wedding day so much fun and just such a breeze! Our coordinator, Kim, is an actual angel, a legit miracle worker and we are so beyond blessed to have had such an amazing team on our wedding day. They explain everything in so much detail during the meetings and they think of literally everything you could possible need for a wedding! There’s no way we could’ve done any of this without everyone at Bridle Oaks. Everyone who attended our wedding talked about how absolutely beautiful the venue is, how kind everyone was, how incredibly detailed everything was and that the entire thing from start to finish flowed so so smoothly! And people are still talking about how awesome the beer mule was!! Every part of the entire day was a total hit and these memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We could not recommend Bridle Oaks more!

The communication with the staff was excellent - we could text, call or meet with them anytime, and they made wedding planning stress-free. The team felt like friends who had our best interests in mind. The venue itself is luxurious and elegant, well worth booking for a special event. They provide nearly everything you need besides a few vendors, making coordination easy. Our day-of planner Carlie took charge so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our wedding day without worrying about anything. Details like our private meal were beautifully arranged. Our staff loves working at Crosswater Hall in Nocatee. Vendor access / load in is easy. We always have plenty of space for the DJ and Photo Booth setups and the ballroom is simply gorgeous.

BOTTOM LINE – EVERY COUPLE IN CENTRAL FLORIDA SHOULD GET MARRIED HERE!! Hurricane Milton struck THREE DAYS before our wedding and what could’ve been the most stressful situation ever was a total breeze thanks to the clear communication and hard work of the Venue 1902 team (including the owner, Lisa, who PERSONALLY called me to give me updates on our venue IN THE MIDDLE OF A HURRICANE – talk about above and beyond!!) Weeks later, we and our guests are still absolutely gushing over Venue 1902. Not only was it the perfect venue for our wedding, but the staff and the amenities provided are truly unmatched. Venue 1902 has it ALL, from phenomenal staff to luxurious facilities to a top-notch preferred vendor list that made wedding planning a breeze. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire planning process and especially on the day of the wedding. Special shout outs to Adriana (we love you!!), Madison, Leah, Aleshia, and Lisa – you guys are absolute rockstars and we wish we could get married again and again to be with your incredible team! We hosted our ceremony outside in the courtyard, cocktail hour was split between the downstairs bar area and a gorgeous outdoor bar and lounge, then the reception was upstairs in the ballroom. Guests were in awe of the entire space (we also lucked out with perfect weather after SUCH a horrific storm) and how every detail was perfectly executed. (To quote my now-mother-in-law, “Every wedding has at least one major hiccup, but yours didn’t at ALL. It was the perfect day!”) We could not recommend Venue 1902 enough and we want to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team for making our wedding the most beautiful and magical day of our lives. The property features a quaint chapel, an outdoor ceremony space surrounded by beautiful oak & pine hammock, a covered outdoor reception space, a poolside cocktail area, a gorgeous pond, a working windmill, and beautiful picturesque scenery. The barn wood became the roof of our outdoor reception space and the backdrop for our sweetheart table. The barn doors became our beautiful entry arch to our outdoor ceremony space, and our farmhouse-style tables and log benches are all made with wood from the property for a very rustic and connected feel.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Mulberry Estates. I was in the hunt for a venue to have a surprise gender reveal/baby shower for my best friend. Right when I was about to give up I came upon Mulberry through google search. I immediately fall in love without seeing it in person. I contacted the venue and was in contact with Melanie since. Due to the fact I lived in a different city all the planning was done vie phone calls and text messages. Melanie’s impeccable service from day one made the day truly memorable. On the day of the event, I must say, I felled in loved even more. The guest loved it and most importantly my best friend and husband loved it. The venue definitely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. Melanie was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern and cozy elements.
