Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

I’m Sarah, wedding + elopement photographer documenting true and heartfelt moments wherever your little heart desires. I grew up running around after my mom in her gardens and spent most of high school in the art department. I went off to design school and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Soon after, I started my first “real” design job and have been working in the industry in either commercial or residential design ever since, giving me thirty-five years of design experience. A second related career in Floral Design was added to my skill set when I was employed as a part-time floral designer and trained at Longwood Gardens. I decorated twenty-one Christmas trees that year and did a lot of beautiful custom designs.

Snowdrop Creative Co. was born from a dream. A dream that I could do the things that I LOVE, be present for my children and my partner, and create work that I am proud of. I spent long days away from my family, only to get home to them and be too tired to enjoy my time with them. My life was cold and dreary, and I knew something had to change. Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve the less fortunate in our community. After spending the last 30 years in Texas, 20 of those learning all things Texas barbecue, we are relocating to central Pennsylvania in January 2025 to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue.
