We are a unique, locally-owned, family bakery that specializes in homemade, made-from-scratch baked goods. You can visit the bakery or custom order a wide variety of cupcakes, cookies, scones, coffees, teas, and much more! We also host events for the public and have a room for private parties. One of our many passions it to use pure, sustainable “Kentucky Proud” ingredients.

Bringing my passion to life, I specialize in made-from-scratch desserts. I’m a home-based Vendor in Noblesville, IN where small businesses are the heart of our community! I opened in 2017 as part time and took it on full time during the pandemic, after having my daughter.

I became a professional pastry chef over 25 years ago. When I mix my passion for people and food with my creative skills, I can’t imagine doing anything else. After working for the most reputable bakeries and venues in the area, I have decided to focus on my own bespoke cottage bakery where I can implement my high standards of quality, service, and artistry. I pour myself into everything I create and love nothing more than being able to elevate a celebration by bringing to life someone else’s vision. With my experience, I truly can create anything you are looking for, and it would be my deepest honor to serve you on your special day.

The Cakery has been a Dayton staple since 1996. The current owners have worked at The Cakery since the early 2000's and love what they do! Hello! We are Philip Enlow and Beth Richardson, the husband and wife duo behind Spotz Gelato. We’re a southern couple with a background in hobby farming and a passion for locally sourced Kentucky food. While in the midst of successful careers in the corporate sector, we dreamed of branching out into a new business that interested us both. Inspired by the sweet, creamy gelato on a trip overseas, Spotz Gelato was born in 2013!
