Our white barn reception hall offers plenty of space for your guests, dance floor, bar, or whatever you want to include for your day! Within the reception hall, you'll find our getting ready suites each with their own fun themes for photo opportunities. We also offer a catering prep kitchen for your caterer! We just wanted to say that Parker Pines was everything we hoped it would be for our BIG day and more! Everything and everyone was so close the whole weekend. We got to spend time with our closest friends and family all weekend long with the cabins. The chapel was a dream and the reception was amazing! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to have my wedding. I am also grateful for the huge help Sarah and the Parker Pines family provided on the big day and days leading up to the big day! You, your guests, and photographer will enjoy our open fields, woods, pond w/Japanese footbridge, and cabanas overlooking the Cape Fear River. Our Indoor venue has Heat and A/C making it comfortable year round. There is something magical about it and people comment all the time about the wonderful feeling there is inside. It is soft, sparkly, and has a hushed elegance with just enough wood to make it comfortable. It is practically decorated for you with lights, chandeliers, draping, and seating up to 150. AND...you can use our decor for free! Truly, you get SO much more than just a building for your event...you get a destination. A spring wedding at The Catlett Farm is an absolute dream. My daughter was married in April and the farm was showing off. The photos were beautiful, we were able to find many photo ops all over the property, Jana is excellent at showing the hidden gems. The guests were constantly talking about how beautiful the venue is, inside and out. It is one of the best hidden treasures of Fayetteville. The staff is wonderful, ready to help out with absolutely anything, helping the day to run smoothly and prepared to lend a hand wherever needed. We absolutely appreciated the "something borrowed" decor which helped save quite a bit of money on decor. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mirabela as our photographer for years, so when my husband and I wanted to renew our vows, I know we would be in good hands. Mirabela has recently taken over the most beautiful venue. The minute we drove back through the winding drive it was like we had been transported to another country! The setting was intimate and gorgeous. Mirabela was able to work with us to create a ceremony that fit our dream and our budget. Wendy, Mark, and Stephanie were an absolute pleasure to work with! When we toured this venue, we were hooked as soon as we walked through. They designed this place with such thought. The openness of the hall, the bridal AND grooms suit, the arches and other ceremony options, extra room for kids/break room, the veranda, etc made for a PERFECT wedding. We did not do the all inclusive package because I was able to plan myself, but they were VERY responsive and easy to communicate with and the cost was extremely reasonable. All of our guests were ranting and raving about the grounds and the venue in general. It truly was the BEST day of our lives. Stephanie took about 200 photos/videos on her phone the day of and we got to see glimpses of the wedding we missed from having our own cocktail hour, being pulled for pictures, waiting for the ceremony to begin, etc. I got married on a very hot day so the planned cocktail hour outside was brought inside and it was still just as beautiful. The photos I received back from my photographer were AMAZING... the grounds have SO many great locations for photos. The WO team made planning very easy as well. They have their own portal where you can upload contracts/invoices, and put together the seating chart based on your preferred layout. It made that part of wedding planning a heck of a lot easier! They are such a great family unit. Mark was also very accommodating with last minute drop ins if we had family coming into town before the wedding that we wanted to show the venue to. All 3 of them were very laid back AND organized! The day of, they were giving us such beautiful compliments and were very excited for us. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. If you are local or out of town I HIGHLY suggest WOF, and I am originally from Long Island where the venues are of high caliber, and I may be biased, but THIS venue was the BEST I have ever seen. The most beautiful wedding location. We chose to do a lot of things differently than the venue usually does them, Krystl accommodated us at every turn, giving me the smoothest and most beautiful wedding weekend. She experimented a lot with us as we tinkered with layout and timeline; always kind and never frustrated. The communication was always timely. This place is so so affordable for how beautiful and accommodating they are. So many cool amenities and props. We actually rented the airbnbs as well; the most perfect weekend. I cannot recommend enough.

305 Trackside is an industrial chic event venue located in the Historic Seaboard Freight Depot building in the heart of downtown Southern Pines, NC. Original wood plank floors, exposed brick walls, 6 oversized sliding barn doors, exposed trussed ceilings, 1,500 square feet of open air interior space and over 1,500 square feet of covered outdoor patio space, all make this venue an unforgettable backdrop for any event!

We chose this venue because of location, price, and style. My dad was an engineer for CSX and the location of this venue along with its history made it the obvious choice for us. The venue itself hardly needed any decorations for our wedding; the historical brick and old wooden planked floor were stunning...along with the party lights on the ceiling. Compared to other venues in the area, this venues price was unbeatable. Along with it being cheaper, it gave us more options. We booked the venue the night before the wedding as well which made decorating and rehearsal a BREEZE! We booked the Jefferson Inn through the venue as well so getting ready the day of the wedding was so simple and convenient; after the wedding was over, we headed back to the Inn that was a block away. One major plus of this venue was that it has AMAZING, GORGEOUS BATHROOMS AND A CATERER KITCHEN! You would think this was included at every event venue, but we toured several venues that had no on site bathrooms or place for the food to be prepared. I had soooooo many compliments on the venue; I’ve recommended it to ALL my friends for their upcoming weddings.
