“Justin was lovely to work with from the start. He was booked for another wedding, but he paired us up with Rob, an associate DJ of his. Both Rob and Justin were so so fun to work with. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. Will miss working with them, but absolutely will be following their journeys and would use them again in a heartbeat! So thankful for Justin and Rob!”

“We hired the 9-piece for our wedding (incl. jazz trio for the cocktail hour) and they rocked! Every single member of the band was super talented. Our producer Andy was super responsive and did a great job selecting musicians that went with the vibes we wanted (more classic vs modern). Our male singer did an incredible rendition of our first dance song exactly as we requested and it blew us away!!! The MC was also incredible and nailed all of the formalities. My only complaint is that we did not get a copy of our set list at the end of the night!”

“In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”

“I don't think a single person at our 10/14/23 wedding received more compliments than DJ Steff. And there's no one I'd be happier to share the spotlight with. To put it simply - DJ Steff is amazing. At every phase of planning -- from our introductory call to walking through the event portal to wedding weekend - DreSteff Events was a dream. DJ Steff was patient, kind, thoughtful, collaborative, and incredibly responsive. He took time to know our specific music tastes, pet peeves, and personalities to bring our wedding ceremony reception to life in a way that felt uniquely us. He found all the songs we wanted to use -- no matter how obscure. The music mics at the ceremony were flawless. The cocktail hour tunes were on point. Our uplighting - both during dinner and when the dance floor was in full swing - set the room perfectly ablaze. And he DID NOT MISS with any of the reception music. “Steve and his band were INCREDIBLE at our wedding. They were phenomenal at feeling out the energy, keeping the energy up when everyone was on the dance floor, and just playing bangers that our guests of all ages were able to sing to. Truly the classics but enough variety that it wasn’t always overly played songs. Our guests were chanting “one more song” at the end. Before the wedding Steve was so kind and responsive, working with us to make sure he knew the schedule precisely plus the vibe we were going for. We have been raving about them for weeks after the wedding. I hope we have some other opportunity to have them again, but I would highly recommend having Steve and co. make your event memorable. “We booked Mama Juke for our 9/24/2022 wedding and they did not disappoint. I can’t say I wasn’t nervous, as they didn’t have any reviews posted yet, but Jon was very helpful in addressing all our concerns and they kept our guests entertained and dancing all night long! They learned our first dance song- Golden Hour by Kacey Musgraves and put their own flair to it, which we loved. They are such a fun mix of rock, jazz, bluegrass, country and played a good mix of songs for all ages. I would also recommend listening to some of their original songs and including them in your day, my husband and I were so happy we did. :) I want to have another wedding just so we can have them play again!”
