With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**

This beautiful building was built in the late 1800s as a railroad station to support the loading, unloading, and storage of freight. In 1990, it was restored to become a function hall that can easily accommodate 120 of your closest family and friends. The leather belt-driven ceiling fans, wooden phone booth, beadboard ceilings and walls, vintage baggage cart, and authentic gas-fired, pot-bellied stoves add to the charming atmosphere of this function hall. Our hall is the perfect setting for weddings & receptions. There is also the option to add our Out-of-Town Guest Suite for overnight stays. Originally built in 1909, CBC was picked up in its entirety and rolled upstream to its current location in 1947, to make room for the building of Memorial Drive. Featuring vaulted ceilings and dark exposed beams akin to a ski chalet, and double french doors opening to a full length veranda, CBC offers a unique, rustic setting for any event.

Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England late summer/autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production.
