An area once reserved solely for the practical application of aging beers, and on occasion for private beer dinners, we opened up this space for guests to host private events such as ceremonies, receptions, showers & rehearsal dinners. Located within DESTIHL Brewery, the Barrel Room is where you’ll find something unique. Originally designed by notable Bloomington-Normal architect George Miller and originally the home of the Odd Fellows organization, One Twenty Six has been lovingly restored and updated to create a modern event space that will leave your guests in awe. The venue has sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests, which makes it an ideal location for those looking for more than just a reception hall or banquet center. The venue features a full kitchen, seating area, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 pull out couches, the ballroom, and lounge/billiard room where there's plenty of room for mingling with your guests after dinner! There's also a bar area where you can enjoy drinks before or after dinner if desired!

The mission of the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts is to create an environment where all forms of artistic expression are appreciated, encouraged, and seen as a contribution to the quality of life in our community. Built-in 1921 as a home for the American Passion Play, the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA), then known as Bloomington's Scottish Rite Temple, boasted an elegant lobby fronted by a graceful five-arched façade, a ballroom that could seat 1,000 diners and a 1,320-seat theatre that featured the largest stage west of New York. In 2000, The City of Bloomington formed the Bloomington Cultural District to assume ownership of the Consistory and surrounding properties to shepherd it through a restoration.

Allerton offers an extraordinary setting unlike any other. Beautiful Formal Gardens, pristine Natural Areas, a two-story hay barn, and a historic Mansion make Allerton the perfect place for your dream wedding. The historic Allerton Mansion features exquisite wood floors, marble fireplaces, elegant furnishings, and breathtaking views of the surrounding Meadow, reflecting pond, and woodlands. Each of our Formal Gardens creates a unique, magical space for a wedding ceremony. The Gardens feature extensive plantings and over 100 ornaments and sculptures. Set amid the beauty of an idyllic nine-acre farmstead, this converted two-story Dutch hay barn, with its exposed timbers and 30-foot ceiling, offers a rustic and charming atmosphere unlike others found in Central Illinois. The Music Barn seats up to 200 guests for wedding ceremonies. Because the Barn is not temperature controlled, it is only available to rent between April and October.

The Venue CU is an upscale urban wedding and event space located in the resurging east end of downtown Champaign, Illinois. We offer a wide range of event services, allowing you to create the event you desire in our modern, industrial setting. We are a former Masonic Temple built in 1906 that has been updated in a fun and modern way while still keeping all the history and character of the original building. In addition to being a very unique space, we take pride in our ability to help guide you through the planning process to help make your day as fun, enjoyable, and stress-free as possible.

The Old Rugged Barn property is extremely versatile and the perfect location for your rustic wedding and reception. On the property, there is a large main barn with a 2000 sq ft main floor and a large loft overlooking the aisle and dance floor. In addition to this main building, a large enclosed pavilion and grain bin gazebo also sit on the property, with multiple pastures surrounding it for either parking purposes or use for event activities. Ceremonies can be held in any of the buildings, or outdoors, so the venue can accommodate and bring to life any of your rustic wedding dreams!

At Lakeside, you will find many fun activities for you and your family to enjoy. Members and staff are friendly and it is easy to find a group to socialize and eat with or to round out your foursome on the golf course.

Vrooman Mansion in Bloomington, Illinois can accommodate up to 75 seated guests for a more intimate ceremony and/or reception that is indoor or outdoor. Be amazed by the historic details of the mansion built in 1869, with it's beautiful sweeping staircase, stained glass windows, as well as the modern amenities you'd expect. Consider reserving our 7 rooms and suites for overnight accommodations for the wedding party before the event to relax onsite with confidence, and after the event to wind down. Our suites also provide ideal changing areas for the wedding party and capturing moments with your photographer. Our Carriage House is a luxurious choice for a honeymoon cottage that keeps you on property, yet privately tucked away when you want to be. We provide custom packages and choices: mimosa bars, cocktail receptions, family-style buffet, or plated formal dinners. The acoustics in the Main House will gently amplify our own piano or other acoustic musicians.

Company 421 was established in 2021 as the perfect space to host an intimate gathering. Owner Hillary of Hillary Rae Events found that she was running into problems when trying to find a local venue space for her events less than 100 people that made her clients feel at home. That is what led her to establish Company 421 the perfect space to host small intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, baby showers and so much more. Her goal was to create a space that her clients felt at home and comfortable, without having to deal with the stress involved with hosting a small gathering at her client’s actual house.

The beautiful countryside, the 86 acre property has about 15 acres of grapes and many outdoor deck areas and paths to take a stroll and get away from the hustle and bustle of today’s hectic world. Host a party, reunion, tour and tasting, wedding and reception, or attend a Concert or one of our Four annual Festivals on a weekend.

The Mt. Zion Convention Center is a multipurpose meeting and convention facility located in the newly constructed Mt. Zion Village East building along State Highway 121. Modern in design and technology, the Convention Center will serve Mt. Zion and our surrounding community as a destination for local and regional events. It has a grand ballroom that can be divided into three smaller rooms as well as three other small meeting rooms. The grand ballroom contains 11,000 square feet of unobstructed exhibit/meeting space, full-service catering, and experienced staff to help coordinate events of many sizes from as few as ten people to as many as 800 guests!
