Hey, I'm Reed. First things first, I am a dog person, but cats are also pretty spectacular except for the fact that I am allergic to those cuties. Second things second, I'm a wedding filmmaker based out of Des Moines, Iowa (willing to travel anywhere) and I LOVE my job. I filmed my first wedding in 2018 and immediately fell in love with telling the unique story of each my couples. Creativity, flexibility, and FUN are at the forefront of what Reed Shepherd Films stands for. I strive for new adventures, friends, and making awesome memories.

I’ve been taking pictures for as long as I can remember! My mom bought me my first digital camera when I was in middle school and I carried it with me everywhere. Then in high school I learned how to use a 35mm film camera and developed my own photos and my love grew from there. I’ve definitely incorporated a film inspired style in the way I edit my photos. I love capturing love in all it’s authenticity.
