Nestled in the South East corner of Minnesota, neighboring Wisconsin and Iowa, located right off of I-90, and only a five minute drive from Downtown La Crosse, your big day will be accessible and convenient for both local and out of town guests. With the Best Western Plus Hotel and Swing Bridge Pub onsite and plenty of free parking, you and your guests will enjoy the true convenience of a one-stop-shop experience! A few unique accommodations that we offer: the convenience of a one-stop-shop for a rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, getting ready room the day of for the bride, gift opening room and a discounted Room Block at the Best Western Plus Hotel, for your guests to stay the night without having to drive. Additionally, we offer a complimentary suite the night of your wedding for the two of you, access to a public park as well as our spacious outdoor patio. We have a gorgeous space for an indoor ceremony and a large Ballroom for your reception that can hold up to 350 guests.

A "one-stop-shop" stress-free experience with excellent service is what we offer. Our beautiful Ballroom holds up to 300 guests. We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.

Villa Maria accommodates up to 290 guests and features two outdoor ceremony sites, three indoor venues, and three tent locations which allow you to “mix and match" to achieve your perfect day. Large windows, expansive grounds, high ceilings and elegant lighting create an ideal atmosphere for you and your guests to mix, mingle, and celebrate love. You have the flexibility of choosing your own caterer who will have access to our fully stocked commercial kitchen. We host dozens of events each season and are a year-round Bed and Breakfast that has 5 deluxe rooms that are available to be part of your celebration and getting ready for your wedding.
