I am an easy-going country girl who genuinely loves people! My father started Ueda Photography in Brazil more than 50 years ago. I grew up immersed in the world of photography as both my parents were professionals in the field. He introduced me as “Uedinha” or “Little Ueda” to the party guests. Now I find myself in Madison, WI. I continue my father’s legend in a new land. I love traveling and exploring new places (especially the food at those places!). I even studied abroad in Italy, which let me tell you, was a food lover's dream. I have always felt like an old soul trapped in a millennial’s body. I would rather listen to Frank Sinatra than anything on the radio today.

You are probably assuming my about me section will have a story about how I always wanted to be a photographer, I came out of the womb holding a camera, but that couldn’t be me. I stumbled into it, literally. I had no plans to become a wedding photographer. I was either going to follow my dad’s path and go to dental school, or become a social worker. But a freshman in college decided to shoot a few photos for fun, and now over eight years and almost 200 weddings later, I could not imagine myself doing anything else. This is my dream job!
