Our elegant event hall features chandeliers, heating, and air conditioning. We provide various settings for ceremonies and receptions, including a patio and outdoor locations. Our bridal suite offers dual showers, a kitchen, and makeup stations. The gentlemen enjoy a man cave with a TV, pool table, poker table, and lounge area. Beyond weddings, we support the community through fundraisers, school banquets, and an annual event offering free weddings to local military and first responders. The house, built in 1894, serves as the backdrop for the endless possibilities for making your wedding day dreams come true! Located conveniently in Richmond, Texas, and convenient to Highway 59, Cross Key Acres offers endless possibilities for your wedding, reception and rehearsal dinner. We offer fully customizable packages!

Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. Their goal is to create a seamless celebration that allows you sit back, relax, and indulge in the romance.

Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of the city to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. We designed our venue as an all-inclusive host to your wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories. We guide you through every aspect of planning then execute your plan on the day of. River Rendezview is a wedding venue nestled along the San Bernard River 60 miles south of Houston near Brazoria, Texas. Options abound to help make your day memorable including an 1800’s style Paddle Boat, River Grace Chapel, a 400-year-old oak tree, Party Barn and screened Patio/Deck overlooking the river. This venue can be your one-stop wedding shop; you bring the groom & dress and we can do the rest. Property includes a wedding chapel, restaurant, multiple reception areas plus a Bed & Breakfast. This venue is cozy and inviting and filled with elegant country charm. Facilities and Capacity This waterfront venue has a party barn that is ideal for a shabby chic wedding or country-style event, accommodating up to 400 people. There is also a large screened-in porch area adjacent to the river that allows for a unique outdoor patio wedding. It can be used as an extension of the party barn for cocktails and mingling, accommodating up to 250 guests.

- It's a two level newly built luxury facility; - We have 2 different spacious ballrooms. The main one (ground floor) can be used for events for 100-300 people. There are 3 beautiful teardrop chandeliers and wall dimmable lights which make the ballroom look very elegant and luxurious. This ballroom is fully set with the best professional lighting equipment, disco ball, spot lights, neon lights etc.; - Second floor ballroom can be used for smaller parties for 15-30 people. Or can be used as a Bride and Groom room. This ballroom is also having some extra disco lights; - We have an elevator; - 3 full restrooms: 2 downstairs near the main ballroom and 1 upstairs; - Very nice elegant lobby; - Both ballrooms are fully equipped with professional audio systems. Which can be also connected with the DJ Stations; - There is a second floor balcony with the main ballroom view; - Small built-in kitchen; - Private parking; - The building has 3 separate exit doors.
