“Fernando was great to work with, I believe he is the owner. The purpose for my 4 stars was for a couple of reasons; I sent over timelines and the finalized timeline was great! However, I don’t believe that the DJ that came to my wedding read it over thoroughly. My bridal entrance song was botched, it had very detailed instructions, there didn’t seem to be any questions, however, it was started late into the song so my whole grand entrance was thrown off, it was supposed to be a surprise to my husband, but with it starting later into the song it didn’t offer me my grand entrance as the bride; I was very disappointed as I was patiently waiting to enter at a certain time of the song and finally just had them open the doors to enter at a completely different time in the song. As a bride when you spend months and months for that moment, it just made me very sad that it was taken from me. Another area, which was also detailed in the timeline, was for the bride and sons dance, I requested to have everyone on the dance floor for that dance because my kids are younger and I didn’t want them to feel like everyone was staring at them or get stage freight, however the DJ had everyone leave the dance floor and we were up there alone. I had to check to make sure he had the correct timeline because it seemed like there were things that just seemed off. The last thing was we started with a DJ named Mathew, he was unresponsive when I reached out to him in December, we finally had to reach out directly to the owner who took care of us from there. The DJ at our wedding, on all other things did great! Even our last dance he brought a speaker outside for us to dance under the lights which was a great idea. I would say it would have been great to have spoken directly to the DJ that would have been at our wedding prior to the wedding as these little issues could have been sorted during that time. All communication was through Fernando, he was very responsive.”

“So much fun! The Saxophone was amazing! Bradley kept the dance floor full at all times! He listened to what the bride wanted and delivered. The music and the energy made it a FUN NIGHT! I (mother of the bride) submitted a request on thumbtack, Bradley contacted me right away. I told him I had to share his information with the bride (my daughter), knowing he also plays the saxophone was the selling point. So she agreed and after several messages we hired him for the job. We booked him first before all other vendors, and I feel this initial meeting and brainstorm with him really laid the foundation for what else we needed for the wedding. After this meeting we put the deposit down as we knew he would have our backs. From then on, he called once a month just to check in. Some months we just a simple "hi" and others we did have things we wanted to review. He was awesome the whole entire process and day of everyone was loving the music. After the event, he sent many photos and videos he took, which was awesome because these were candid moments no one knew were being taken but also a snippet before we got anything from our photographer/videographer. I cannot recommend Thomas enough and say to any bride or groom out there that this will be money well spent to get a night you will always remember.”

“We booked String Theory's string quartet for our prelude, wedding ceremony, and cocktail hour, and they were hands-down one of my absolute favorite parts of our wedding day. I am honestly so overwhelmed with (positive) emotion when I think about what they added to our day that I don't even know where to start. As the bride, you're really running around a lot during the lead-up to your actual ceremony. We were kind of running late, so when we got to the venue itself I wasn't really focusing. Suddenly I realized I was hearing a string quartet playing, but they were executing the music I'd selected so flawlessly, I thought I was listening to a professional recording until I remembered that it was LIVE MUSIC played at MY WEDDING. I was absolutely blown away and the emotion of the day just hit me in that moment, and I genuinely believe it was enhanced by the strings! I did a private first look with my dad and they started playing music from Lord of the Rings that I'd selected and honestly it felt like I was in a movie. The emotion was that much more powerful and I still get emotional thinking about that moment. Our guests were absolutely raving about them as well, and in every video I've seen, they are playing often challenging pieces flawlessly. My ONE regret is that I did not get to sit and listen to them more, and like...what a regret to have! Allison was so wonderful, warm, professional, and lovely to work with. String Theory is the best and I am currently finding myself trying to plot events to book them for so I can personally experience more String Theory!
