I started Proof Mobile Mixology last September when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. We have over a dozen flavors, all made with premium ingredients; real fruit, no high fructose corn syrup, only pure cane sugar, and many of our flavors are organic as well!
