In 2015, James and Marissa Lowry hosted their wedding on the property. With over 400 guests and a beautiful ceremony under the Osage tree, an idea was brought to life. With hard work, dedication, and of course faith, James and Marissa sought to build a place where Family and Friends come to gather. Our modern barn provides the perfect reception space. Inside you will find beautifully placed round tables for guests and long wooden tables and chairs for the bridal party.

Nestled in the beautiful Yahoola Valley, R-Ranch in the Mountains is the perfect location for your wedding or next special event. Imagine an outdoor ceremony on the Hilltop Overlook with breathtaking mountain views as your backdrop, or a traditional chapel wedding, R-Ranch has it all. The R-Ranch Lodge is over 13,000 square feet and overlooks 800+ acres of sweeping mountain views and the valley below, which is perfect for a reception that can seat up to 150. R-Ranch offers an all-inclusive venue package with set up, tables, chairs, linens, bridal room, groom's lounge, complimentary engagement shoot with you photographer, waived entry for guests, rehearsal dinner locations, optional preferred vendors, on site planning meeting, rehearsal time the day before, and full day venue usage. Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! A few years and a great deal of hard work later, it is now a place where love is celebrated almost every weekend of the year. You are welcome to talk with the great people who are here to serve you and your guests on your wedding day. Tastings of baked goods, dinner and appetizer options, décor for the reception and ceremony spaces will be set up as well as some additional vendors outside of our packages are here for you to meet and work with.

“We have curated a garden oasis so you can get lost in your moment.” Moser Manor Farms is nestled on six acres in the heart of Hixson Tennessee, although we are just a short 15 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga. Our microvenue includes the coveted Greenhouse for intimate ceremonies. We also have the outdoor Rose arch blanketed by a luscious landscape and beautiful trees. Our 62x60 signature black and white barn has concrete floors and chandelier lighting with a caterers kitchen and bathrooms. We have a bridal suite and grooms suite. A pavilion is also attached for outdoor entertaining. We have two ceremony sites on the farm. Our sought after greenhouse can accommodate 35 people. Our garden arbor can accommodate our maximum capacity of 50 people. With your rental, you have access to our decor closet. We also have a guest house that houses 4 that can be used for your wedding party.
