Mavis Bakes started off by making cakes and bread for families and friends during their birthdays and other holidays. Eventually, my friends and families started referring me to other people who enjoyed my craft. She is also a strong believer that each cake design MUST taste as good as it looks, so all cakes are baked from scratch using high quality ingredients including real butter, quality cocoa and couverture chocolate.
