Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

T.C. Scoops opened its door in Medway, MA in August of 2011. We enjoy welcoming friends, neighbors and new customers to our comfortable parlor for an ice cream, Boards Head hot dog, Smoothie, Frappe, or adult ice cream cocktail (Libation). We started catering outside events in 2015 and really enjoy bringing our ice cream sundae bar to ice cream lovers all over New England. Rachel is a classically trained pastry chef who studied at The Culinary Institute of America in both Napa Valley, California and Hyde Park, New York. She has worked all over the country in a myriad of hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and dessert bars before moving back to the Merrimack Valley in 2016 and starting The Baker's Rack in August 2018.
