Since I can remember, I have loved to be creative and I love to be in the kitchen. The pursuit of this craft led me to study the science behind different techniques and processes. Like so many others, 2020 was a rough year for us. My graphic design position had been dissolved in a sea of budget cuts and work-from-home orders. During a late night shopping bender, a cotton candy machine had been purchased. And, on a whim, our craft cotton candy business was born.
