Catering By Tracy was formed in 2007 in Charlotte, NC and exploded when we moved to Lake Norman in 2011. Justin and Meagan Hitt are a husband/wife catering chef team rooted in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. Both attended culinary school in Roanoke, Va at Virginia Western Community College and moved on to work at multiple locations including Hotel Roanoke and Primland in Meadows of Dan.
