Built in 1917 by the “king of silk” George Dery, this exquisite example of early 20th century architecture boasts two ballrooms, stained glass ceilings, a vintage bar, indoor swimming pool, and beautiful grounds.

Built By Dimmick Drake in 1906, Castle Inn was the last of the great hotels to be built in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. Tourists flocked to the Gap to escape the summer heat and enjoy the beauty of the Delaware River. Designed by German architect Robert Brueckner, Castle Inn was constructed of poured concrete and timber beams, a European construction technique unusual in the United States at the time.

Chelsea Sun Inn is a wedding venue in Mount Bethel, PA, that offers a very unique 24hr event experience! Situated on 200 private acres, Chelsea Sun boasts a 20,000 square foot Mansion surrounded by miles & miles of lush, unspoiled countryside with unparalleled views of the famous Delaware Water Gap Mountain pass from our ceremony hill! Conveniently located about an hour from the greater Northern New Jersey/ New York City area & only 1.5 hrs from Philly, Chelsea Sun Inn is an ideal destination location! No fee for ceremony on site! Ceremony chairs are included! An officiant is also available if needed! Chelsea Sun's main house can sleep 40 people comfortably with breakfast optional for everyone the next morning. Add in the large outdoor inground pool, outdoor heated jacuzzi spa, fire pit & you have all the makings for a perfect family & friends' celebration!

Our covered event space can accommodate up to 170 guests for a seated dinner while offering stunning 360-degree panoramas of our charming vistas. Choose to dine and dance the night away in the large versatile pavilion, lounge at the pond-side gazebo or gather around our fire pit on the grand patio. The pond-side pavilion and surrounding modern facilities were built in 2015.
