A Lily Among Thorns is a floral design studio in Northern New Jersey. Isabel’s love for flowers stemmed from a young age, as she was often found picking wild flowers barefoot. After receiving her bachelor's degree in English Language Arts, her second love, she found that there was even more poetry to be found in the flowers she had always loved. Now, she works in wedding and event floral design with a limited amount of couples a year.

After beginning a career in the home interiors industry in NYC, I found myself longing for a creative outlet! I began taking a few floral design courses to keep myself sane and fell in love! After 7 years in the city, I decided it was time for a break and moved back upstate to the Adirondacks.
