We are a Smithsonian Affiliated Museum in downtown McKinney. Built in1900 and established in 1970. We have 54 years of service! We have the Art-O-Mat which is a vintage machine repurposed for collectible art hence the Art-O-Mat! People travel all over the world and to McKinney to add to their art collections! The Heard Craig Art Center & Museum has private parking in downtown McKinney with a private garden, gazebo, and Carriage House. The private garden & Carriage House venue space is available to rent and our main house Museum offers group tours, luncheons, bridal tea, baby showers, and more! The Kemp (1300 Lamar Street) was built in 1917 at the request of Flora Kemp who, when asked by her husband Joseph what she would like for her birthday, suggested a public library. The library opened its doors in 1918 with a donation of 4000 books provided by the community. In 1998, the City of Wichita Falls leased the then-defunct historic building to the Arts Council, which began an extensive renovation project to restore the building. The result was The Kemp Center for the Arts, which opened it’s doors in 2002.

The National WASP (Women AirForce Service Pilots) WWII Museum is a spacious museum venue located in Sweetwater, TX. This multi-purpose establishment provides modern event spaces equipped with a variety of event options to make special days held here a success. The National WASP WWII Museum was founded in 2006 to provide a dedicated space to preserve the history and promote the legacy of women in military aviation. Located at historic Avenger Field, the museum features various indoor and outdoor event spaces that can be easily transformed to suit any event themes and styles.

Our beautiful facility is located downtown in the old Coca-Cola bottling plant in Lubbock's historic Depot District. The space includes a lofty interior, tasting room, and outdoor patio, available to rent together or separately for a variety of events and soirées of all sorts! If you would like more information and to see our space, we welcome you to contact our Hospitality Director to schedule an appointment. To confirm a date for an event, a signed contract must be received along with payment of one-half of the total venue rental fee.

Located at 2120 Speedway Avenue, The Forum is a truly elegant building that was built in the 1920’s with Mediterranean influences and the iconic front arches. It has over 11,000 square feet of event space and 6 distinct and interconnecting room options, as well as front and back outdoor courtyard spaces. You can have a private ceremony with only a few guests or a reception of up to 500, our spaces can be tailored to your day and we provide several pricing options that can be customized. Thanks to our recently renovated and upgraded partition walls there is endless versatility for you to make it your own. The Forum can give you the perfect bride and groom suite’s as well as ceremony and reception space all in our location.
