Hi! My name is Alixx. I've been a hair stylist for 17 years. My true passion is weddings! I was the special occasion hair specialist for Jamison Shaw Hairdressers in Atlanta Ga. for 3 years. I've traveled all over for photo shoots and weddings from NYC, Chicago, Mexico, Bermuda and Spain! I was a stylist for the Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders from 2007-2011. My work has been published in the Atlantan, Jezebel magazine, Atlanta Weddings Magazine, and People magazine. My greatest accomplishment was doing the hair for all the bridesmaids and moms in Carrie Underwoods wedding. I am so grateful to be recognized for my skill level in this industry!

My beauty journey started when I was about 4 years old.That’s when I helped myself to my mother’s lipsticks—which weren’t easy to come by in those days! I decided that day -and all days- should be Halloween, and I painted my face accordingly. As I grew, my love affair with makeup intensified. When I was a teenager, I would wear heavy, smoky eye makeup. I’ve grown out of that stage, having come to appreciate natural beauty. It’s natural beauty that I focus on now. But don’t get me wrong! I still love a wide palate of colors and working on creative photoshoots, pictorial projects, and editorial pieces.
