Keeping the original name and character throughout, the space has been renovated into a wedding and event space perfect for your next event! Located on Main Street and Exposition Avenue near Downtown Dallas. The venue opened in 2017 and is operated by a mom and two daughters that created this space specifically for special events. Located in Deep Ellum at Hickory Street and Second Avenue, this complex of buildings was originally a 1921 Gulf Oil Company distribution center. It served North Texas with automobile maintenance facilities and storage. The seven buildings, including an office, pumphouse, service building, and a two-story warehouse with a basement, retain their original character. Notable features include the "Gulf Oil Corporation" ghost sign and ceramic capped parapets. Gulf Oil moved in the late 1950s, and the site housed various businesses until Gary Kaelson purchased it in 1997. Today, it's a thriving creative community with many small businesses.
