New Water Farms sits on a peninsula of 22 acres with a panoramic view of Lake Martin and is a gorgeous location for a wedding. We offer a beautiful indoor and/or outdoor venue. Situated in Eclectic, AL, Marsgate is an elegant mansion wedding venue. Near Montgomery, Auburn, and Birmingham, it is run by the Marr family, who is dedicated to making a couple’s wedding vision a memorable reality. Their goal is to ensure a seamless experience throughout the planning process and the event itself. The Marr family bought Marsgate in 2010 and since then it has been the site of many unforgettable get-togethers with loved ones. The Marrs' dream was to create an event venue that offered a luxurious and convenient venue complemented by amiable hospitality. Inside the mansion, couples and their guests will encounter classic architectural details accented by numerous amenities and stylish furniture. The Lodge at Lake Martin is a luxury lakeview resort nestled in 16 acres of woods. The outdoor space includes marked and lit trails, grill areas, picnic tables and benches, fire pits and even a hot tub! There are multiple places to hold your ceremony. The indoor space is absolutely stunning, with enough space for up to 35 guests to overnight and up to 100 for your event.
