Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! A few years and a great deal of hard work later, it is now a place where love is celebrated almost every weekend of the year. You are welcome to talk with the great people who are here to serve you and your guests on your wedding day. Conley Creek is a newer venue opened in 2020 by Chad & Laura Winkler. We have a rustic yet modern feel with a large event barn to accommodate up to 150 guests seated and also a small white adorable chapel that seats around 50 inside. Both of these also provide outdoor options of seating of 150 guests! We do the setup for you and also provide two cabins, one for the bride and her guests and one for the groom and his guests. They can also be rented overnight if you want a fun last night of the single life!

Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. My youngest daughter, was diagnosed with an Auto-Immune Disease, called Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) just after her 1st Birthday. Prior to the diagnosis she suffered from constant vomiting. Through endoscopies and food elimination we determined that she could not eat anything that contained Gluten, Dairy, Eggs and a few Fruits and Vegetables. Since her diagnosis, I began to develop recipes that would not only taste good but, look good too. Most Allergen Free recipes that I found contained other ingredients that she could not eat and if she could, she didn’t like the consistency.
