My youngest daughter, was diagnosed with an Auto-Immune Disease, called Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) just after her 1st Birthday. Prior to the diagnosis she suffered from constant vomiting. Through endoscopies and food elimination we determined that she could not eat anything that contained Gluten, Dairy, Eggs and a few Fruits and Vegetables. Since her diagnosis, I began to develop recipes that would not only taste good but, look good too. Most Allergen Free recipes that I found contained other ingredients that she could not eat and if she could, she didn’t like the consistency. When I was old enough to pick up a photo album, I fell in love with photography. Not in the way that most people do…. I was obsessed with seeing the past and freezing it, and not with learning how to shoot a fancy camera and equipment. I did not have a real camera until I went to Photography School. All of my birthday and babysitting money was spent on disposable cameras and developing them at Walmart. You know girl paid extra for that one hour photo. I was and still am amazed that you can freeze time for generations to see. It’s more important to me than ever, now that I have two children to show our family history to.

Conley Creek is a newer venue opened in 2020 by Chad & Laura Winkler. We have a rustic yet modern feel with a large event barn to accommodate up to 150 guests seated and also a small white adorable chapel that seats around 50 inside. Both of these also provide outdoor options of seating of 150 guests! We do the setup for you and also provide two cabins, one for the bride and her guests and one for the groom and his guests. They can also be rented overnight if you want a fun last night of the single life!
