The Sanctuary is located in the cobblestone streets of Adriatica Village, a beautiful setting that was modeled after a fishing village in Croatia. It is surrounded by the most distinctive and charming area in Texas, The Sanctuary is truly a unique venue for your special event. Influenced by Croatian architecture encompassing the modern style of a sophisticated venue, its features include; unique hand painted walls coupled with a stone feature and multi-colored stained-glass windows. Our second level balcony overlooks the stage and ballroom, allowing all your guests a seated dinner, 170 guests for a buffet dinner or up to 250 guests for a limited seating cocktail style reception.

Several years ago we had purchased some property with a run-down old barn on it. As we restored the old barn we had several people ask if they could rent it for their upcoming wedding. The barn had no bathrooms, no parking, and a dirt floor - so we graciously declined but the seed had been planted. We love building + design, we’re dreamers at heart, and we genuinely love people and their stories. After leaving our daily jobs in ministry we ventured out to find the perfect 20 acres to build our dream on. Built from the ground up, designed with you and your families in mind, and always with the thought in the back of our minds, “We want to be more than just a wedding venue.”

HD Ranch offers a stress free venue experience that generously includes onsite lodging for 3 full days! Our weekend package books you from Friday morning to Monday morning providing you with ample time and opportunity for set up and tear down. The home is fully furnished and equipped with a warming kitchen, bath towels and linens. We are able to sleep 12 in beds between the house and guest house. Our one of a kind venue is located on an equestrian horse farm. This unique piece of land has been in the Manning family for over seventy years and is full of history, love, and tradition. The sibling owners, Laura High and Ralph Manning grew up on this piece of land and now want to share this special place to them with as many people as possible!
