Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. The Cadre Building--based out of Memphis, Tennessee and providing services to wedding couples in Mid-south--is a historic wedding ceremony and reception venue. With charm, sophisticated elegance, and an opportune location, this Memphis wedding venue is an outstanding choice for your special day. The entire space is available to you when you rent the Cadre; the venue offers an elegant 36,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom with an overlooking 2,500-square-foot mezzanine. This space is accented with brilliant chandeliers, intricately crafted columns, and champagne-hued drapery, which means you’ll have plenty of gorgeous locations for stunning wedding photography.

With two levels of event space, it’s perfect for events hosting 200-800 people. Our historic building is the ideal location to host our wedding, with its immaculate marble, intricate stonework and Grecian columns deliver romance. The CRC provides the perfect ambiance for events of all types and sizes, no matter how formal or informal. The building was constructed from 1919-1921, as a home for Mr. C. R. Boyce, a successful Memphis cotton buyer. The interior beauty includes a marvelous mixture of form and detail in various cornices, moldings and trim. The home was a residence until 1979, when it was renovated as offices for a local company. In 1991, the Junior League of Memphis purchased the property, which is now on the National Register of Historic Places.

Dixon Gallery and Gardens offers the perfect backdrop for your big day, no matter the time of year. Two beautiful garden spaces--the Bowlin Stage and the South Lawn--are offered for wedding ceremonies, and the Hughes Pavilion, a beautiful brick building with floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor patio space, is offered for receptions and rehearsal dinners.
