I've been photographing weddings since 2010 and it's something that I feel incredibly fortunate to do. It really is remarkable to be able to combine my love for photography and storytelling in capturing the stories of so many wonderful couples in a genuine and authentic manner over the past 10 years. After living in Los Angeles for a few years I decided to do more in regards to film and learned Cinematography and videography editing. While living in London, my love for cinema also extended to photography.

My grandpa was always filming every family interaction and had a 500 title dvd collection, so that left a big impression on me. I was the kid who grouped up my friends and coordinated lightsaber battles in the front yard; later editing in FX frame by frame. While in film school I used to film in dance clubs, making music videos of clubbers having a good time. This helped develop my style and created the foundation of what I do today! Apart from filmmaking, I enjoy a good jam sesh, playing chess, and surfing :)

Anywhere near the ocean is where we like to be. I prefer historical places to modern venues, climbing stairs to elevators, and good puns over sounding sophisticated. I love immersing myself into the family traditions. Blending right in as one of the family members on a wedding day is vital to capturing authentic moments. Oh- and I usually make friends with the dog first. There is no destination too far or an idea too crazy—I have hung off the bow of sailboats, woke up at 3 am to film meteor showers and filmed backward on rollercoasters to document couples’ love stories. - #loveislove

I did not not grow up with a camera in my hand knowing I wanted to be a photographer. I started with photography by photographing Punk/Hardcore bands but eventually stopped photographing those shows because I didn't want my camera gear to get broken by someone stagediving. Being apart of that music scene help me cultivate friendships with people all over the world, and gave me lots of travel opportunities. Those experiences carried over into weddings helping me understand real documentary style moments and being comfortable surrounded by new people.
